About the role

SAP VIM Consulting at Yash Technologies helps clients transform invoice processing through SAP Vendor Invoice Management solutions. The Principal Consultant configures and customizes SAP VIM, leads testing and UAT, provides ongoing support, creates documentation and training, and advises clients on best practices. Pune, India, hybrid work model with flexible arrangements.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with clients to gather invoice processing requirements
• Configure, customize and implement SAP VIM solutions
• Perform system testing, validation and support UAT
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP VIM functionality issues
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP VIM installations
• Create detailed documentation and develop training materials
• Recommend enhancements to improve invoice processing efficiency
• Act as trusted advisor and maintain client relationships

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years SAP VIM experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field
• Proven SAP VIM configuration and implementation
• Strong invoice processing and AP knowledge
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• SAP VIM certification (optional)
