About the role
HPE Global IT drives enterprise IT transformation and consulting services. As a SAP FICO Principal Consultant you will lead cross‑geography SAP FICO design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and ABAP teams to deliver compliant financial solutions. Work from the Bengaluru office two days a week in a hybrid model, collaborating with global teams to support digital finance transformation.
What you’ll do
- Lead SAP FICO strategy and implementation across multiple business units
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with ABAP developers on RICEFW objects and functional specs
- Conduct unit, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in finance processes
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment with IT priorities
- Oversee compliance and legal requirements in SAP FICO solutions
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years SAP FICO consulting
- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Tax, CCA, PCA, COPA, CO‑PC
- Regulatory compliance and e‑invoicing experience
- Cross‑module integration with MM, SD, PS, HCM
- Functional design specification authoring
- SAP data migration and cutover planning
- Stakeholder management across business and IT
- Finance domain knowledge
