About the role

Medline India Vendor Operations team ensures smooth inventory flow and vendor relationships by analyzing reports, managing disputes, and safeguarding allocations. The role investigates damaged or expired stock, processes chargebacks, and collaborates with warehouses, sales, and vendors to resolve issues. Pune, Hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Investigate damaged, expired, or non‑compliant inventory and assign financial responsibility
• Analyze inventory data across platforms to identify root causes and trends
• Negotiate returns and chargebacks to recoup vendor funds
• Maintain shared mailboxes, generate reports, and meet project deliverables
• Review surplus, expired, and custom items, coordinating with sales and vendors

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience analyzing large data sets in fast‑paced environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF)
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel macros and formulas
• Experience with SAP or Zendesk
• Advanced time management skills
• Relationship building with vendors
