About the role

The Principal Software Engineer leads AI agent strategy, designs scalable LLM integration, and mentors engineers while collaborating with product, data science, and cross‑functional teams. Remote, India, remote‑first work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Architect and drive AI agent strategy
- Develop multi‑agent "Super Agents" for reasoning and planning
- Design workflow automation frameworks for agents
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers
- Set best practices for LLM integration and prompt engineering
- Mentor senior engineers on AI/ML and agentic design
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years enterprise‑scale service architecture
- Deep expertise with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience deploying LLMs and agentic architectures
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, or Golang
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Cloud experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
