About the role
Oliver Wyman seeks a Senior Data Scientist to partner with global clients, develop analytics solutions, and drive data‑driven insights across industries.
What you’ll do
- Work with consulting teams and partners to engage global clients
- Explore large‑scale data and craft models for core business problems
- Shape proposals showcasing data science capabilities
- Explain and refine model insights and architecture
- Advocate best practices in modelling and code hygiene
- Lead development of proprietary statistical techniques and ML algorithms
- Travel to clients’ locations worldwide when required
- Stay updated on emerging state‑of‑the‑art techniques
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative discipline
- Prior experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics
- Passion for problem‑solving through big‑data
- Pragmatic, methodical approach with impact focus
- Independent worker managing workload in fast‑paced environment
- Impactful presentation skills conveying findings
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Willingness to travel
- Collaborative team player
