Lead Enterprise Architect, Salesforce

About the role

Wolters Kluwer GBS, the global business services hub, drives enterprise technology solutions. The Lead Enterprise Architect designs and oversees scalable Salesforce platforms, guiding cross‑functional teams through solution architecture, technical implementation, and governance across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. Pune, India, hybrid (8 days onsite per month).

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements across units
• Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
• Lead technical implementation and mentorship for developers and admins
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensure security and performance standards
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Salesforce strategy with IT roadmap
• Maintain platform roadmap and oversee new feature adoption
• Run technical workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations
• Audit compliance with development and integration standards

What you’ll bring

• 12-16 years total experience
• 8+ years Salesforce architecture
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application, System, Technical)
• Hands‑on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs
• Data modeling and integration design
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX)
