Lead Enterprise Architect

About the role

Global Business Services (GBS) Salesforce competence center builds and supports the Salesforce platform for Wolters Kluwer. The Lead Enterprise Architect will design end‑to‑end Revenue Cloud solutions, drive integration with SAP, and provide technical leadership to the Pune development team while collaborating with EU architects and stakeholders. Pune, India, hybrid (8 days/month on‑site), relocation assistance may be available.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and architecture of Revenue Cloud solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable Lead‑to‑Revenue implementations
• Ensure integration between Salesforce and SAP platforms
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Pune development team
• Collaborate with EU architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Maintain governance, standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations
• Support ongoing operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
• Document solution designs and integration diagrams

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Salesforce architecture and delivery
• Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ
• Strong Apex, Lightning, and API development skills
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP
• Proven ability to lead global delivery teams across EU and India
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Architect) preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
