About the role

Corporate Leasing team at Bajaj Finance Limited manages end‑to‑end collections for auto and equipment lease rentals across corporate clients. The Cluster Manager oversees client coordination, invoicing, payment follow‑up, reconciliations and compliance reporting, ensuring SLA adherence and accurate documentation. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own end‑to‑end centralized collections for lease rental payments
• Coordinate with corporate clients, banking ops and key account managers
• Prepare and submit MIS and invoices in client‑prescribed formats
• Track payments, send reminders and manage overdues
• Perform account reconciliations and issue No Dues Certificates
• Publish dashboards on collection metrics and ensure compliance

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree; MBA preferred
• 6-10 years corporate collections/AR experience in leasing or asset finance
• Strong command of MS Excel
• Working knowledge of ERP/collection systems
