Lead Solutions Architect

About the role

HPE seeks a Lead Solutions Architect in New Delhi to drive technical pre-sales and solution design for enterprise infrastructure. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for HPE servers, storage, and hybrid cloud solutions while supporting sales teams with proposals and customer presentations. This full-time position requires on-site work in New Delhi.

What you’ll do

• Act as technical subject matter expert for HPE solutions including Servers, Storage, and Hybrid Cloud
• Support sales team in qualifying opportunities and addressing customer technical requirements
• Develop solution architectures, bill of materials (BOMs), and technical proposals
• Assess customer environments and recommend appropriate HPE solutions aligned with business objectives
• Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and technical discussions
• Assist in preparing RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses
• Support channel partners with technical training and solution positioning
• Create proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot deployments

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data center technologies
• Experience with HPE product portfolio and solutions

Nice to have

• HPE ASE or ATP certifications
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud, Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Data Protection solutions
• Familiarity with networking, storage, and server technologies
