About the role

Lead Solutions Architect at Dentsu Aegis Network India, responsible for creating end‑to‑end solution architectures across Sales, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations, ensuring compliance, scalability, and integration using D365 and Azure. Leads workshops, designs solutions, governs integration, and mentors other architects while collaborating with business and executive stakeholders. Bangalore, On-site, Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end functional and technical solution architecture
• Conduct requirement workshops, estimations, and solution design
• Define and govern integration architecture and data flows
• Act as trusted advisor to business and executive stakeholders
• Ensure compliance and risk‑mitigated changes across environments
• Guide architecture governance, design reviews, and testing strategy
• Drive continuous improvement using D365, Azure, and emerging tech
• Mentor and oversee delivery teams and other architects

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM implementation
• 12+ years D365 Finance & Operations, Project Operations, Customer Engagement
• D365 implementation experience in APAC
• D365 F&O Solution Architect certification
• Integration experience with Logic Apps, Boomi, Snaplogic
• Implementing Microsoft Dynamics Copilot AI agents
• Agile delivery methodology
• Azure DevOps CI/CD
