About the role

Product Management Team at J.P. Morgan builds and improves tooling that supports all aspects of Chase offerings, including new market expansion. The Senior Product Associate drives product roadmaps, defines objectives for customer service technology platforms, and partners with tech leads to ensure alignment and feasibility. Works on-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient products that enhance customer experiences.

What you’ll do

• Define roadmap and objectives for customer service operations technology platform
• Ensure successful delivery of product meeting stakeholder acceptance criteria
• Partner with Tech Lead to align technical vision and requirements
• Create testing and implementation plans
• Guarantee product compliance with legal, regulatory, risk, and control requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable products
• Lead development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of CRM platform
• Act as voice of the customer to develop profitable, valuable products

Nice to have

• Expertise delivering and scaling customer service operation technology products
• Experience in complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development
• Strong planning, prioritizing, and product backlog management
• Ability to assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile principles and best practices
• Experience with hypothesis‑driven development, product experimentation, and analytics
• Strong communication skills to explain design, architecture, and roadmap to technical and business audiences
• Understanding of process mapping and CRM/Customer Service operations
