About the role

BJAK UI/UX team builds next‑generation financial experiences powered by AI. As a UI Designer you will craft intuitive, high‑performing mobile and web interfaces for insurance, payments, investments and other financial services, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. Remote‑India role, full‑time, with a focus on design systems, usability testing and accessibility.

What you’ll do

• Design polished, user‑centric interfaces for mobile and web
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers for pixel‑perfect implementation
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics and usability testing
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness and visual consistency across devices

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of mobile applications
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Knowledge of iOS & Android design guidelines
• Understanding of UX principles and information architecture
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys
• High attention to visual hierarchy and typography

Skills
