About the role

IT Department at Bajaj Finance focuses on delivering secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions for risk and compliance. The Lead designs, develops, and configures TPRM and GRM/GRC modules, builds integrations and automates workflows to support enterprise risk management. Works onsite at the Pune Corporate Office, collaborating with functional teams to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, configure ServiceNow TPRM and GRM/GRC modules
• Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications and scheduled jobs
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and import sets
• Convert user stories into technical designs, configurations and deployment packages
• Support UAT, defect fixing, production issue analysis and post‑go‑live stabilization
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment notes

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in Engineering/CS/IT
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS‑GRC/IRM)

Nice to have

• 7-9 years ServiceNow development and configuration
• Java development experience
• REST/SOAP integration experience
• Experience with TPRM, GRM/GRC modules
