About the role
Capability Network – Learning Technology (LMS) Practice at Accenture delivers end‑to‑end learning solutions that boost workforce productivity. The Senior Manager advises clients on LMS/LXP strategy, leads platform selection, designs and configures enterprise LMS implementations, and drives thought leadership across AI‑enabled learning. Based in Gurgaon (preferred) with travel as needed, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Advise clients on LMS/LXP strategy, roadmap and adoption
- Lead LMS selection, evaluation and configuration for enterprise clients
- Develop accelerators, frameworks and assets for scalable delivery
- Mentor and lead project teams across multiple engagements
- Represent Accenture in industry forums, webinars and client events
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Master's degree (MBA, M.Tech, MCA) preferred
- Certification in Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors or equivalent
- 16–20 years progressive experience in learning technology
- 4–6 years senior/managerial role leading enterprise LMS programs
Nice to have
- Proven expertise in Cornerstone, Saba, SuccessFactors, SumTotal or equivalent
- Experience driving pre‑sales, solutioning and RFP responses
- Strong client relationship management with C‑level stakeholders
