About the role
Senior Solutions Architect (NAMER) at Mindtickle leads enterprise‑grade implementations, designing secure, scalable solutions for mid‑to‑large customers. Owns architecture from discovery to deployment, integrates APIs, SSO, iPaaS, and BI tools, and bridges customers with Product/Engineering. Mentors teams, drives governance, and ensures delivery excellence. Requires 8–10+ years in solutions architecture, strong REST API, iPaaS, SQL, BI, cloud, and scripting skills, plus experience with global teams and enterprise security.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise implementations
- Lead technical discovery with IT, Security, Ops, and executive stakeholders
- Translate business objectives into scalable, secure solutions
- Design and govern integrations using APIs, SSO, and iPaaS tools
- Define data models and enable advanced reporting and analytics
- Act as technical bridge between customers and Product/Engineering
- Translate gaps into clear requirements and provide feedback on scalability
- Own technical delivery: scoping, estimates, risk management, documentation
- Contribute to SOWs and RFP/RFI responses
- Mentor Solution Architects and Consultants, elevate solutioning standards
What you’ll bring
- 8–10+ yrs in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS
- Experience with mid-to-large enterprise customers in complex environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Hands‑on REST APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and authentication frameworks
- iPaaS / ETL tools: Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar
- SQL and data modeling; relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- BI and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Scripting: Python or Node.js for automation and data processing
- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure; enterprise security concepts
Nice to have
- Experience with global time zones, distributed teams, and balancing speed with scalability and governance
- Passion for building elegant solutions delivering measurable business impact
