The Sr. Software Development Engineer leads and architects mission‑critical initiatives, designs and deploys scalable infrastructure, builds CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems, and mentors junior engineers. Bengaluru, KA, IND, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Lead and architect mission‑critical initiatives across multiple teams
• Design, develop, and deploy robust infrastructure solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
• Develop secure, highly available services powering supply chain operations
• Create innovative solutions to enhance service quality and customer experience

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years professional software development
• 5+ years programming in at least one language
• 5+ years designing/architecting large‑scale distributed systems
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies
• Full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
