About the role
Finance Process, Data and Systems (FPDS) team in Bangalore builds end‑to‑end finance architecture for Order to Cash. The role owns process system design, creates roadmaps, leads requirement workshops and ensures solutions meet security, compliance and integration standards. Bangalore, onsite, hybrid options across ABB sites in Poland and Germany may be considered.
What you’ll do
- Own finance process system architecture for O2C
- Develop forward‑looking process roadmaps
- Lead business requirement discussions and solution workshops
- Review and sign off functional/technical specifications
- Maintain design documentation and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with IS incident management to resolve design defects
- Guide FPDS/IS delivery teams on solution standards
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years finance/ERP experience
- 5+ years O2C process design
- SAP FSCM expertise
- SAP S/4HANA/CFIN knowledge
- Experience with BPM tools (Signavio/Celonis)
- Strong system design and data flow understanding
- Leadership of solution workshops
- Collaboration with cross‑functional teams
