Physical Security Analyst

About the role

Enterprise Resilience & Physical Security team safeguards Morningstar’s offices, employees and assets through design, implementation and day‑to‑day management of physical security programs. The Physical Security Analyst supports and executes daily security operations at the Mumbai office, serving as the primary local point of contact, monitoring alerts, managing CCTV and access control systems, and coordinating incident response. Mumbai, hybrid (four days in‑office), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Serve as primary operational contact for security matters at Mumbai office
• Monitor and respond to security alerts, alarms and notifications
• Conduct operational checks of CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems
• Manage security technology platforms such as VMS and monitoring tools
• Support facilities in access control requests, audits and compliance
• Promote security awareness and act as visible point of contact for employees
• Coordinate and document security incidents and investigations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on security projects and risk assessments

What you’ll bring

• 1-3 years physical security operations
• Experience with access control and video surveillance platforms (Lenel, Genetec, etc.)
• Proficiency in CCTV/VMS platforms
• Familiarity with Indian physical security regulations
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong documentation and communication skills
