Agile Coach (Scrum Master)

About the role

Endava seeks an Agile Coach to drive agile culture and best practices for delivery teams in Bengaluru. The role involves designing workshops, mentoring Scrum Masters, and conducting maturity assessments to enhance organizational capabilities. This is a hybrid position requiring significant experience in agile methodologies.

What you’ll do

• Collaborates with delivery teams to analyze systems and design agile adoption strategies
• Designs and conducts workshops to reaffirm and refresh agile culture
• Mentors and coaches scrum masters, product owners, and delivery teams
• Conducts capability improvement assignments such as maturity or performance assessments

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of overall experience
• Expertise in Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Miro
• Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies including Scrum/Kanban
• Awareness of Scaling frameworks
