About the role
AI + Data Transformation Office (ADTO) at EY GDS builds AI-driven solutions for banking clients. The Staff Agentic AI Engineer develops and supports generative and agentic AI components, including prompts, APIs, RAG pipelines, and simple AI agents using Azure AI Services. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid flexibility with other locations available. The role collaborates with senior engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable AI modules.
What you’ll do
- Develop and integrate generative AI and agentic AI components for banking use cases
- Build prompts, APIs, vector search and workflow automation using Azure services
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to test and deploy AI solutions
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and responsible AI standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years AI/GenAI experience
- Python and SQL proficiency
- Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering
- Banking domain knowledge
