About the role

Structures BIM Team at WSP India drives digital coordination and information management for large‑scale structural projects across the Middle East. The Associate leads BIM delivery, implements ISO 19650 workflows, and mentors BIM coordinators to ensure high‑quality, coordinated models. Based in Noida with hybrid work (on‑site and remote) and occasional travel to Bengaluru, the role supports multidisciplinary project teams and advances digital transformation initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Lead BIM and information management for the Structures business within GCC
• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans, Information Delivery Plans, and ISO 19650 standards
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model reviews, clash detection, and issue resolution
• Provide technical guidance on Revit, Navisworks, Forma, Revizto and related tools
• Mentor BIM coordinators, conduct training sessions, and drive capability development
• Support project mobilisation, CDE governance, and digital delivery innovation

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
• 12‑15 years AEC industry experience
• 8+ years BIM leadership on major multidisciplinary projects
• Proven implementation of ISO 19650 workflows
• Experience delivering large‑scale structural BIM in the Middle East
