Associate Lead Consultant - Oracle EBS Techno-Functional

About the role

YASH Technologies' Oracle Solutions team drives enterprise transformation by optimizing and extending Oracle EBS platforms. The Associate Lead Consultant bridges business needs with technical execution, handling production support, requirement gathering, system customization, and development of RICEFW components using SQL, PL/SQL, and OAF. Works on integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, supports Financial and Supply Chain modules, and leads testing and deployment activities. Based in Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad with flexible work arrangements.

What you’ll do

• Provide production support and troubleshoot technical incidents
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Customize UI and implement rule validations via Form Personalization
• Design and develop RICEFW components
• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and third‑party systems
• Execute unit testing, support UAT, and prepare cutover documentation
• Manage stakeholder communications and risk identification
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years Oracle EBS techno-functional experience
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Form Personalization expertise
• API integration using REST/SOAP
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM (PO, INV, OM, BOM)
• Unix shell scripting skills
• Experience with OAF and XML Publisher
