About the role
Finance – FP&A team at Neolytix drives financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategy for global operations. The Senior Associate conducts comprehensive financial analyses, prepares monthly and annual reports, partners with cross‑functional leaders to build budgets and forecasts, and develops pricing models for international markets. Gurugram, India, on-site role with collaborative, cross‑cultural team environment.
What you’ll do
- Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and pricing initiatives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management
- Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights on trends and variances
- Partner with department heads to ensure budget adherence and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain pricing models for international markets
- Conduct cost analysis and scenario planning to optimize performance
- Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations across jurisdictions
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years FP&A experience in IT/BPO/KPO
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategy
- Familiarity with financial systems and SAS
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Ability to work across USA, India and Philippines teams
