About the role
Finance Consulting Team at 2100 - Oracle Implementation Services helps clients modernize finance operations using Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. The consultant gathers and documents finance requirements, leads workshops and CRP sessions, designs configurations, and supports testing and go-live. Hyderabad, India, on-site role.
What you’ll do
- Engage stakeholders to gather and analyse finance requirements
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis and lead CRP sessions
- Design, configure, and test solutions in Oracle EBS/Fusion
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports and integrations
- Prepare documentation: BRDs, FDDs, RTMs
- Provide functional support during UAT, SIT, and Go‑Live
- Advise on best practices and financial process improvements
What you’ll bring
- 4-8 years Oracle Finance functional consulting
- Experience with Oracle EBS (R12) and Fusion Cloud Finance
- Hands‑on with core modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- Led requirement workshops and CRP sessions
- Prepared BRDs, FDDs, RTMs
- Implemented 2‑3 full‑cycle projects
- Knowledge of India localization (GST, TDS)
