Specialist - Analytics & Reporting

About the role

JLL is a professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, helping organizations own, occupy, and invest in real estate worldwide. The Specialist - Analytics & Reporting role leads the design, development, and deployment of custom business applications using PowerApps, builds Power BI dashboards and management reports, and integrates solutions with Dataverse and Salesforce. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project timelines, and drive process innovation and data integrity across the Microsoft Power Platform. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Gurugram, Haryana, with a 1 PM – 10 PM IST shift and 40 scheduled weekly hours.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom business applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven) to automate and streamline core processes
• Manage the full development lifecycle to build scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Extract, analyze, and visualize data using Power BI to create impactful dashboards and management reports
• Provide data-led insights that support business decisions and measure the effectiveness of built solutions
• Create holistic solutions by integrating PowerApps with Power BI and data sources like Microsoft Dataverse and Salesforce
• Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and manage project timelines with clear progress updates
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities through the Power Platform and develop solutions that automate workflows while ensuring data quality and user adoption
• Design professional, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces across PowerApps and Power BI dashboards to drive high user adoption and satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or a similar field
• 5-7 years of professional experience in business application development and data analytics
• Deep specialization in the Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency with PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
• Expertise in designing scalable Dataverse data models and building Canvas and Model-driven apps
• Advanced Power BI development including complex reports, data modeling, and DAX measures
• Advanced Power Automate skills to build complex, reliable automated flows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
