About the role

Senior Experiential Designer - UI/UX at Havas seeks a seasoned interaction designer with expertise in information architecture, user-centered design, and visual storytelling. The role involves collaborating with clients to brainstorm and ideate UI concepts, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect the latest platform innovations and responsive/mobile/tablet standards. Responsibilities include guiding team members, presenting to senior stakeholders, ensuring creative quality control, leading usability testing, and staying current on UX/UI trends. The designer will produce multi-channel experiences, provide detailed design specifications for responsive, adaptive, and PWA interfaces, and manage production design and asset workflows. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in design tools and a portfolio demonstrating successful web, mobile, and software applications. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Mumbai, India, with a start date of 08/26/2025.

What you’ll do

Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design
Experience of User Experience planning, use case preparation and wireframe development
Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements
Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members
At ease in making senior client presentations
Ultimate responsibility for creative QC
Directing ongoing usability testing and assessment
Understand current and emerging UX/UI, interaction design and technology trends.
Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX
Creates innovative visual design, layouts, iconography and interactive solutions to ensure that all projects are consistent with the corporate brand and identity.
Experience with designing of multi-channel services or experiences.
Provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive / Adaptive / PWA UI design.
Experience in participating in co-creation sessions and collaborative workshops with stakeholders and users.
Understand and design complex functional specifications.
Responsible for production design and asset management for each project assigned.
Ongoing communication with team to help manage concepts and deliver milestone objectives
Participate in discussions on process and way of working improvement.
Contribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines.

What you’ll bring

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Human Computer Interaction, interaction design, digital media design or related design field.
UX & UI & Visual design experience (and the portfolio to prove it) as a key, hands‑on interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications. Experience with standard UCD methodologies.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be proficient with designing tools.
