About the role

Behr Paint Company seeks a Senior Business Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant, OTC to support internal Behr customers across multiple countries. The role drives SAP Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution processes, translates business needs into functional specs, configures SAP S/4HANA, and collaborates with global ITBAs and development teams. Pune, Maharashtra, India, On-site.

What you’ll do

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Configure SAP modules and coordinate testing for Master Data, Order Management, Handling Unit Management, Transportation
• Troubleshoot SAP issues via ServiceNow and provide resolutions
• Create training materials and deliver user training
• Collaborate with development teams and EDI specialists to ensure timely solutions

What you’ll bring

• 8-9 years functional SAP experience in Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution
• Knowledge of SAP MM, WM, FI processes
• Experience with EDI message types 850, 856, 810, 210, 753, 754, 864
• Proven ability to manage and lead medium to large SAP projects
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management and Advanced ATP

Nice to have

• SAP SD/LE certification (preferred)
• BI/Analytics experience (preferred)
