Senior Associate, SAP PMO, SAP Advisory

About the role

PwC Advisory SAP PMO team helps clients optimize operational efficiency through SAP ERP implementations and ongoing support. The Senior Associate leads multiple SAP implementation and AMS projects, managing all phases, technical relationships, and resource allocation while ensuring delivery quality. Based in Airoli, India, on-site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of SAP implementation and AMS projects across all phases
• Manage technical relationship with customers and coordinate sales processes
• Apply business and technical expertise to architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, and integration
• Oversee resource allocation and utilization to meet project margins
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to methodology and quality standards
• Deliver thought leadership and present at industry events

What you’ll bring

• 4-10 years SAP implementation experience
• Proven track record of 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 S/4HANA projects
• PMP certification
• Strong understanding of ITIL concepts
• Experience with SAP ERP (ECC, S/4HANA) and SAP BTP

Nice to have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
