About the role
Business Technology at LogicMonitor leads the design and strategy of finance systems to ensure data integrity and scalable processes across the enterprise. The Finance Systems Architect drives architecture for Salesforce Billing, NetSuite and related finance tools, mentors BSAs and admins, and partners with US leadership to align roadmaps and automation initiatives. Bangalore or Pune, India, on-site work model, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Lead architecture and design for finance systems ecosystem
- Act as SME for Salesforce Billing and guide configuration standards
- Establish guardrails for data models, integrations and releases
- Mentor BSAs and system administrators
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs and middleware
- Identify automation opportunities and drive RCA for complex issues
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years enterprise finance systems experience
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Billing
- ERP experience with NetSuite
- Strong finance process knowledge (billing, AP/AR, procurement)
- Ability to influence global teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity
