Advisory team at PwC Business Application Consulting helps clients optimise operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training and support of enterprise software solutions. The Senior Associate AEM Lead designs, configures and maintains Adobe Experience Manager workflows, components and integrations while collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Configure and maintain AEM workflows, user and group management
• Develop front‑end assets using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern build tools
• Implement AEM Core Components, editable templates and content fragments
• Integrate AEM with headless CMS patterns and GraphQL services
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain code quality using Git and follow best practices
• Stay updated on Adobe certifications and emerging AEM features

What you’ll bring

• 5 to 9 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, Node.js, npm/yarn
• Working knowledge of AEM 6.1+ and AEM architecture (JCR, CRX, Sling, OSGi)
• Familiarity with headless CMS patterns, GraphQL, AEM Core Components
• Version control using Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of Cloudflare and AWS cloud services
• Agile development experience with JIRA/Workfront
