The Associate Director drives NHI program design, CI/CD pipeline identity governance, and AI agent identity controls, overseeing large-scale security responses and cross‑departmental collaboration. Pune, hybrid (8 days/month onsite), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Provide leadership to multiple IT security departments
• Oversee development and implementation of long‑term security strategies
• Coordinate large‑scale security responses and investigations
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks across departments
• Lead enterprise‑wide security training and awareness initiatives
• Manage security budgets, resources, and investments
