Senior Production Finance Analyst

About the role

Senior Production Finance Analyst at Disney’s ILM India studio will lead financial oversight for VFX projects, partnering with executive producers to manage budgets, forecast costs, and analyze tax incentives. The analyst will also support billing, invoicing, and audit processes, and drive continuous improvement of reporting standards across the global finance department. Candidates should hold a degree in accounting or finance, possess 7‑8 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. This full‑time, on‑site position in Mumbai offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile VFX productions within a dynamic, creative environment.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with executive producers to manage budgets for multiple projects
  • Prepare scenario planning, cost projections, and tax incentive estimates
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting matters to production management
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Produce accurate month‑end financial reports and forecasts for ILM consolidated plans
  • Present quarterly project status to executive management and key creatives
  • Generate weekly and ad‑hoc financial reports for executives
  • Assist billing and invoicing for contracts and rebillable projects
  • Coordinate with ILM departments to ensure accurate information flow
  • Analyze data and create visual representations to simplify complex analysis
  • Lead process improvement projects within the global finance department

What you’ll bring
