About the role

Behr Paint Company - SAP Business Solutions team supports internal customers worldwide by configuring SAP S/4HANA and integrating EDI and logistics processes. The Senior Business Analyst translates business requirements into functional specs, troubleshoots SAP SD and LE issues, leads medium‑to‑large SAP projects, and mentors junior analysts. Pune, India, On-site, Full-time, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Configure SAP SD and LE modules, including Master Data, Order Management, Handling Unit Management, and Transportation
Troubleshoot SAP system issues via ServiceNow and provide resolutions
Collaborate with US and India ITBAs and development teams to deliver solutions
Create training materials and deliver user training on SAP processes
Lead and support integration projects using various tools and technologies

What you’ll bring

8-9 years functional SAP experience in Order to Cash and Logistics Execution
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management and Advanced ATP
Knowledge of EDI message types 850, 856, 810, 210, 753, 754, 864
Proven ability to manage and lead medium to large SAP projects
Experience with SAP SD/LE modules and integration with MM, WM, FI
