What you’ll do
- Manage Hoichoi’s social media accounts and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and execute content calendars, promotions, and contests.
- Create micro‑content: graphics, GIFs, short videos.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and report insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Category teams on campaigns.
- Maintain brand voice and tone across all channels.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's/Master's in PR, journalism, marketing, or communications.
- 2‑4 years of social media experience, preferably in a digital agency.
- Proven community management and campaign execution skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in Bengali and English preferred.
Nice to have
