Senior Analyst, Treasury

About the role

Treasury team at DESRI supports a portfolio of wind, solar and battery projects. The Senior Analyst coordinates cash payments and receipts, manages project‑level debt facilities and conducts FP&A forecasting for short‑ and long‑term cash positions. Works with bankers, investors, senior management and asset managers to ensure liquidity, covenant compliance and process improvements. Hyderabad office, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and administer cash payments and receipts across 80+ solar and wind projects
• Manage project‑level debt facilities and ensure adequacy of funds
• Forecast short‑term and long‑term cash positions at project and corporate levels
• Prepare periodic financing reports for senior management and financing parties
• Develop and standardize treasury processes, workflows and controls
• Collaborate with bankers, investors, asset managers and accounting teams
• Identify and mitigate liquidity and covenant compliance concerns
• Support corporate financing initiatives including modeling, due diligence and compliance

What you’ll bring

• MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) degree
• 2-4 years experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A or Accounting
• Proficiency in cash flow modeling and forecasting
• Experience with Treasury management and debt facility administration
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to develop partnerships and influence stakeholders
