Associate Manager, Agency and Trustee Services

About the role

Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services team in Bangalore, India, delivers conflict-free administrative and trustee services for global loan and bond markets. The Associate Manager ensures controlled onboarding of transactions from pre-closing through portfolio administration by managing consents, amendments, and creditor communications. This hybrid role requires close collaboration with front-office, operations, and KYC teams to maintain accurate records and resolve aged items.

What you’ll do

• Support portfolios of loans and bonds as a conduit between finance parties
• Track obligor information and circulate deliverables to creditors
• Manage creditor outreach for consents, waivers, and amendments
• Monitor KYC sign-offs and liaise with KYC teams for new accessions
• Coordinate prepayments, repayments, and outstanding fee collation
• Process accordions, upsizes, and incremental facilities documentation
• Report aged items and own resolution of transaction tasks
• Maintain accurate records and manage process controls effectively

What you’ll bring
