Business Manager, Centralized Research Group

About the role

Centralized Research Group (CRG) – Business Management team drives financial solutions across Investment Banking, Commercial Banking and Global Corporate Banking. As a Business Manager you partner with Business Heads and Team Leads to optimize performance, maintain KPI dashboards, and lead strategic initiatives while delivering high‑quality presentations and analyses. Mumbai, India, on‑site role with full‑time schedule, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Business Heads and Team Leads to provide comprehensive performance insights
• Maintain KPI trackers and dashboards, analyze data and prepare senior‑level presentations
• Identify, escalate and mitigate business risks
• Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables including RCSA framework
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions
• Collect and maintain documentation on SharePoint and other collaboration sites
• Manage and deliver key work streams and project tasks
• Develop creative solutions for MIS and dashboard initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality presentations and reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and project management abilities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Analytical skills with ability to handle large data sets
• Self‑motivated with high degree of independence
• Effective time management and prioritization
