What you’ll do

- Collaborate with VP of Finance on global data standards
- Communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within Field Systems
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years in FinTech, Business Intelligence, or Advanced FP&A
- SQL expertise
- Python or R scripting
- Experience moving from Excel to data‑lake analytics
- Ability to explain complex data architecture to executives
- Knowledge of revenue recognition rules
- Manufacturing or SaaS background
- AI/ML implementation in finance
