Iris Software seeks a QA Automation Playwright - Lead to define and drive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains. The role establishes governance, reusable frameworks, and KPIs, leads multi-team automation initiatives aligned with CI/CD and DevOps, and mentors high-performing teams to foster engineering excellence. Based in Noida, UP, India.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains aligned with product and engineering goals.
• Establish governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across teams.
• Lead multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.
• Define KPIs such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of advanced practices such as intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality, and self-healing test strategies.
• Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to ensure systems are designed for testability and observability.
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and audit readiness of QA processes across programs.
• Build and mentor high-performing automation teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence and quality-first mindset.
