About the role
People Operations at Sonatype drives secure, AI‑enabled HR technology across the enterprise. The manager designs scalable HR systems architecture, automates workflows, and leads platform consolidation to support global growth. Based in Hyderabad, on-site, the role partners with IT, Finance and People Analytics to ensure data integrity and AI governance.
What you’ll do
- Own HR technology roadmap and system architecture
- Lead HRIS, ATS, performance, learning, compensation platform implementations
- Design and automate end‑to‑end HR processes
- Manage vendor relationships and system integrations
- Partner with IT and People Analytics for data governance
- Drive AI‑enabled workflow redesign and adoption
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years HRIS/HR tech leadership
- Experience with Rippling, ADP, Lever, 15Five
- Proven AI/automation implementation in HR
- Strong vendor management and integration skills
- Fluent English communication
