JC Enterprise SD&A Engineer

About the role

The JC Enterprise SD&A Engineer role at Jio Platforms Limited's Engineering & Technology department in Akola owns enterprise field service delivery and customer-side device deployment (hardware and services) for enterprise services within SLA. Day-to-day work includes leading field L2 surveys, planning orders/teams/tools for installation and commissioning, implementing and documenting Data/Voice link I&C, coordinating with Deployment and IP teams on Demarc (L2 Switch) and CPE, and handing over to Operations after ATP clearance. The role also monitors daily activity, interacts with vendor partner teams for weekly targets, records inventory in OSS, and prepares weekly review reports.

What you’ll do

• Own enterprise field service delivery and customer-side device deployment (hardware and services) for delivering enterprise services within SLA
• Own field L2 survey, service delivery, and customer material and resources required
• Plan and ensure availability of necessary orders, teams, and tools for installation and commissioning
• Lead and document a smooth implementation and share progress reports with all concerned stakeholders
• Perform I&C of enterprise service delivery of Data/Voice links as per business requirement or customer order/solutions agreed
• Handover to Operations post acceptance test procedure clearance with the customer after end-to-end testing (as per ATP Document)
• Monitor daily activity and interact with vendor partner teams for daily and weekly target achievements
• Implement and record inventory details in the OSS process/systems
