o9 Solutions’ Bangalore team drives AI‑powered enterprise planning, turning siloed data into actionable insights. The Senior Functional Consultant designs, configures, and tests end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions, mentors junior analysts, and delivers client training. Based in Bangalore, the role is on‑site with a focus on global client impact.

What you’ll do

• Design end‑to‑end o9 solutions and translate business logic into technical architecture
• Configure platform specifications and build complex datasets
• Conduct data analytics using statistical and optimization tools
• Develop and execute testing protocols and automate test cases
• Communicate with clients and cross‑functional teams to ensure project success
• Deliver Super User and End User training
• Mentor junior analysts

What you’ll bring

• Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1+ year experience in supply‑chain planning solutions
• Proficiency in SQL, MDX, or T‑SQL
• Experience with R, SAS, or CPLEX
• Agile project delivery experience
• Strong analytical and data mining skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership or mentorship experience
