What you’ll do

• Lead CMS update operations across owned websites and marketplaces
• Manage end‑to‑end content adaptation to activation workflow
• Oversee PIM and DAM systems for product data governance
• Define and monitor SLAs for timeliness and quality
• Drive operational performance metrics and continuous improvement
• Resolve issues and manage escalations with stakeholders
• Partner with marketing, digital commerce, and technology teams for campaign timelines
• Provide reporting and operational insights

What you’ll bring

• 16+ years eCommerce domain experience
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms
• Experience with PIM tools (e.g., Inriver, Salsify)
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify)
• Experience managing large‑scale operations teams
• Proven SLA and operational governance track record
• Program management and cross‑functional coordination
• Process optimization and workflow design
