About the role

Cloud Engineering team at LTM LIMITED builds and supports enterprise‑grade Dynamics 365 solutions. The Senior Specialist designs, customizes, and integrates D365 applications, creates PowerApps and PowerBI reports, and leads end‑to‑end project deliveries. Based in Chennai with an on‑site work model, the role involves direct customer interaction and collaboration across agile teams.

What you’ll do

• Act as technical consultant for D365 solutions
• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions addressing customer pain points
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations with third‑party apps
• Create and maintain PowerApps, PowerBI dashboards, and automation scripts
• Provide customer‑facing support and communication throughout project lifecycle

What you’ll bring

• 6-12 years experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
• Extensive D365 product implementations and customizations
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with Agile delivery and tight timescales
• On-premise and cloud support, migrations, and upgrades
• Certified D365 CRM professional
• Developed PowerApps, PowerBI reports, and integrated Office365/SharePoint APIs
• Familiar with marketing automation tools like RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft
