Software & Product Development team at UKG builds enterprise-grade platforms. Lead Software Development Engineer drives design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions augmented with AI, integrating LLM services and intelligent automation. Works onsite in Bangalore, collaborating with architects and product leaders to ensure scalable, secure, production‑ready AI‑enabled architecture.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow
• Lead AI‑enabled feature design and integration with platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI
• Architect API integrations and middleware for AI services
• Define engineering standards, reusable patterns, and reference implementations
• Own platform health, reliability, and performance across Salesforce and AI services
• Mentor developers and conduct technical reviews
• Ensure AI governance, data privacy, and security compliance
• Drive root‑cause analysis and remediation for platform incidents

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Salesforce development
• Experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud
• Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow expertise
• Proven leadership of enterprise‑scale Salesforce implementations
• Hands‑on building and integrating production AI solutions
• Strong API‑driven architecture and security knowledge
• Experience with LLM patterns (prompt engineering, RAG)
• AI/cloud certifications preferred
