About the role
Risk Manager at AtkinsRéalis (India) responsible for delivering risk management services on major infrastructure projects. Leads risk workshops, implements ISO31000-based processes, conducts qualitative and quantitative risk analyses using tools such as ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, @Risk, and produces risk reports. Supports business development, client engagement, and continuous improvement of risk management tools. Requires a Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (preferably Civil), 4-5 years of experience in rail, energy, highways, aviation, industry or utility sectors, and strong skills in risk management, PowerBi, MSExcel, data analytics, and communication.
What you’ll do
- Ensure successful delivery of risk management services
- Implement effective risk management activities
- Support development and implementation of risk management approaches/systems
- Facilitate risk workshops and engage with project teams
- Carry out risk analyses using industry recognised software/databases
- Produce risk reports summarising outputs
- Support development of new risk management processes, procedures and tools
- Support business development, client engagement and profile-raising activities
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, with hands-on experience of Project Risk Management/Assurance
Nice to have
- Risk Management certification preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 4-5 years experience on major infrastructure projects in rail, energy, highways, aviation, industry or utility sectors
