SAP ABAP Developer

About the role

Senior SAP ABAP Developer role focused on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within a leading IT services firm. The position requires designing, building, and configuring SAP ABAP applications to support HR processes, including reports, function modules, SAP scripts, BDC, and DDIC. Candidates must demonstrate strong core HR‑ABAP programming skills, dialog programming, ALV OOPs, and code optimization, as well as proficiency with SAP HR tools such as EPC and Code Inspector. Responsibilities include managing end‑to‑end HR‑ABAP projects, reviewing technical designs, recommending process improvements, providing technical and functional guidance to team members, and delivering high‑quality customer support throughout project lifecycles. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and expects 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
