About the role

Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team at Qualcomm provides finance and business operation services to HQ and global regions. The Business Operations Analyst manages processor master data, validates company information, and builds Salesforce reports and CRM dashboards while supporting stakeholders with regular data updates. Based in Bangalore, on-site with flexible evening shift calls for HQ reviews.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily and weekly master data updates and company verifications
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and CRM dashboards
• Track and audit dormant accounts and tier mappings
• Update customer billing and shipping information in Oracle database
• Collaborate with HQ and global teams for transition calls and process documentation
• Perform ad‑hoc business and sales operations tasks as needed

What you’ll bring

• Master's degree in Business Management, Operations, Analytics or related field
• 0-1 year experience in internal ticketing and business operations
• Advanced Excel skills; Salesforce certification a plus
• Experience with CRM tools and Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work flexible evening hours (8 PM–11 PM IST)
