About the role

As a Principal Consultant for Oracle EPM FCCS, you will lead solution design, configuration, and deployment to support financial consolidation and close processes. Your day-to-day involves guiding integration teams through SIT/UAT, conducting business workshops, and translating requirements into scalable configurations. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a Hybrid work model.

• Lead FCCS solution design, configuration, and deployment
• Implement best practices and customize FCCS for consolidation
• Guide integration teams through SIT, UAT, and production migrations
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams for delivery
• Translate business requirements into scalable FCCS configurations
• Conduct business workshops and design sessions
• Manage functional and technical discussions
• Ensure successful implementation of financial close processes

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of Oracle EPM FCCS experience
• 2+ end-to-end FCCS implementations
• Hands-on expertise in Ownership Management and Equity Pick-Up
• Proficiency in Custom Rules and Cash Flow Automation
• Experience with Intercompany Eliminations
• Knowledge of Supplemental Data Manager (SDM) & Close Manager
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and accounting principles
• Ability to lead business workshops and manage functional discussions
