Implementation Manager, Kinaxis Supply Chain Advisory

About the role

PwC's Connected Supply Chain practice in Pune seeks an IN-Manager to lead large-scale supply chain advisory and technology implementations. Day-to-day, you will manage teams of solution architects and consultants delivering Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, translate business requirements into product specifications, govern Design-Build-Test-Deploy methodology, and serve as a trusted advisor guiding clients through COE setup and change management. The role balances single-focus client projects with multi-year rollouts, drives utilization and revenue targets, and requires 50-75% travel within India.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of Solution Architects, Integration Consultants, and Solution Consultants in delivering RapidResponse solutions for clients' most pressing business needs
• Manage client relationships and expectations within the original delivery scope, mitigating multiple agendas and tight timelines
• Take ownership of balancing overall client satisfaction while effectively representing both the client's and the firm's best interests
• Drive and govern planning software implementation methodology using the standard Design, Build, Test & Deploy framework
• Understand business requirements and translate them into product specifications and user stories to guide Solution Architects and Consultants on application configuration
• Toggle between single-focus client projects and large-scale multi-year rollouts with team sizes up to 10 resources and multi-crore budgets
• Drive achievement of team utilization, revenue, and management targets
• Work with Management Consulting colleagues, Client Partners, and Kinaxis partners to develop and support client services solution roadmap and administer projects across the engagement lifecycle

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 8-12 years of supply chain industry experience managing large-scale implementations in software consulting services
• Practice Agile Principles and hold a Scrum Master Certification
• In-depth Technical Project Management expertise with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience implementing planning solutions
• Previous history delivering multi-phase projects rolled out over 2+ years for enterprise clients
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, mostly within India
• Ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels, including C-level executives
• Experience with supply chain integrated business planning solutions such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9, etc.
• Willingness to provide a big-picture view of client engagement while taking a hands-on project delivery attitude

Nice to have

• Proven record of execution to time and budget
• College/University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Process Engineering preferred
• Previous experience working in a Management Consulting or Technology Product implementation environment
• Ability to assess project performance and document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge
• Ensure solutions team adheres to Kinaxis methodologies and quality standards
